Moulds Refurbishment

If your mouldsis showing its age, our refurbishment service can make it look and perform like new again. We offer standard and custom refurbishment packages for moulds from ASHISH TOOLS and other manufacturers. Depending on your needs, we replace parts, clean and/or exchange various components such as the cold half, hot runner, take-out plate, post moulds cooling, or the entire moulds. This will help extend the life of your moulds and improve its performance.

In cases where a same-day turnaround is required, customers can ship their moulds directly to us overnight. Our technicians will assess the extent of the damage and perform emergency repairs as needed. The repaired moulds will be shipped back to the customer overnight to minimize downtime. This allows us to provide timely and efficient service to our customers, even in emergencies.
